Email Marketing Expert; DTC Brands

We’re searching for a motivated Email Marketing Expert who’s eager to master the art of email marketing while helping boost our retention rates through email and SMS channels.

• Help develop email marketing strategies that align with business goals
• Create email campaigns and automated sequences that move prospects through the funnel
• Apply UX principles to improve email engagement and conversion rates
• Leverage AI tools to optimize subject lines, send times, and content personalization
• Experiment with AI-driven segmentation and dynamic content strategies
• Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven improvements
• Communicate clearly with team members about campaign progress and results

• 1-2 years in email marketing (preferably eCommerce)
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Active Campaign
  , or similar platforms
• SMS marketing experience is a plus

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of email template systems and responsive design
• Knowledge of major email service providers and marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA)

AI & Technology

• Experience with AI tools for email marketing optimization (ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar)
• Understanding of how AI can enhance personalization and segmentation
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies in marketing
