• Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from initial planning through post-campaign reporting
• Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables for multiple concurrent programs
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet requirements
• Develop clear, well-structured creative briefs that translate campaign strategy into actionable direction
• Produce reporting that is accurate, thoughtful, and actionable

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently without day-to-day supervision
• Strong organizational system for planning, prioritizing, and tracking work
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly under pressure

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
