• Define and evolve the positioning, messaging, and narrative to establish the employer as a category leader in Continuous Delivery
• Collaborate with Product and Revenue teams to incorporate the Voice of the Customer into the product roadmap
• Partner with marketing leaders to develop realistic marketing plans aligned with company priorities
• Oversee the development of market-facing content, ensuring consistency and relevance to target audiences
• Nurture relationships with market analysts and represent the employer at industry conferences and events

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles, with at least 3 years in leadership positions
• Deep technical knowledge of Continuous Delivery tools, including Kubernetes
• Proven ability to own go-to-market strategy and execution for enterprise SaaS solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into business messaging
• Established relationships with key Dev Ops market analysts and media

• Experience in developing the Open Source Software (OSS) community
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
