Gianna Bellucci is a fast-growing European lingerie brand redefining sensuality through design, elegance, and storytelling. We are expanding in Germany and are looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to lead our brand presence and ambassador network across the German market.

• Build and maintain strong influencer relationships while growing an engaged brand community.
• Identify, contact, and onboard new brand ambassadors and creators.
• Manage gifting campaigns, paid partnerships, and ambassador communication.
• Plan and organize possible photoshoots and video productions in Germany.
• Collaborate closely with the central marketing team (based in Slovenia) to align Italian content with international campaigns.
• Social Media Strategy & Execution.
• Develop creative, trend-driven content strategies to grow engagement and community.
• Monitor performance and provide regular reports with insights and growth recommendations.

• Proven experience in a similar social media or influencer management role within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
• Excellent understanding of the German social media and influencer landscape.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; capable of handling both creative and operational tasks.
• Fluent in English (for communication with our international team) and German (native).
• Self-driven, reliable, and passionate about building a luxury fashion brand.
• Fixed monthly fee + performance based bonus structure (based on growth, engagement, and influencer results).
