Lead Creative Strategist – Google & You Tube

Base pay range: $60,000 – $100,000 per year.

Role Overview

You will drive performance marketing outcomes through creative strategy across Google platforms including You Tube, Search, Display, and more. You lead a team of creatives, hold high standards, and turn insights into impact.

Responsibilities
  • Market research and trend analysis across digital platforms.
  • Identify emerging creative trends and forecast content opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns and benchmark creative performance.
  • Partner with product and growth teams to align messaging and creative execution.
  • Use data tools to dissect engagement metrics and recommend creative pivots.
  • Champion a test‑and‑learn culture, hypothesizing and iterating on creative approaches.
  • Develop and oversee creative strategies that drive measurable performance across paid social and brand campaigns.
  • Create data‑driven creative briefs that align with business goals.
  • Ensure creative consistency and excellence across all output.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, brand, and legal teams.
  • Manage project timelines using Click Up, Sheets, and Google Workspace.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in creative strategy, performance creative, or advertising leadership.
  • Proven success producing high‑performing creative for paid media funnels.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns on Google and You Tube.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of direct‑response principles, storytelling, and human psychology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
