Position Overview

The HYBE America Marketing team is looking for a self-driven Digital Marketing Associate, who is passionate in both social media and marketing, to join the HYBE America (HBA) team. You will be a key contributor in creating a variety of digital marketing for HBA’s global initiatives. You will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing HBA’s digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating, managing content, as well as measuring its performance across key social media platforms.

You will have the opportunity to apply your creative ideas to provide visual creative ideas for content marketing, brand campaigns, and visual design concepts. This role is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role where you will work with strategy, marketing, design, and senior leadership teams — including presenting ideas to internal teams, executives, and external partners. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and manage HBA’s digital marketing across social media channels and other owned channels
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure brand initiatives are tracking to success and present insights across teams
  • Pitch and plan digital content and visual design assets for HBA’s global initiatives effectively reaching and engaging our target audience
  • Confidently communicate ideas in team meetings, brainstorms, and cross-departmental discussions
  • Create, post, and manage monthly social media/editorial calendars
  • Research, brainstorm, and ideate design concepts and solutions that are current and on-brand
  • Stay up to date on pop culture, entertainment, and consumer interest trends
  • Assist with the development of senior leadership and executive presentations and deliverables
  • Document existing marketing and design processes and identify new process improvements to optimize productivity
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Hands‑on experience with social media platforms and working knowledge of digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to groups
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and effective problem‑solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to collaborate effectively and articulate ideas clearly in team settings
It’s a bonus if you have
  • Deep passion for music, digital innovation, and K‑pop culture
  • Proficiency in other Languages (e.g., Korean, Japanese, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Salary Range

The salary range for this job is $70,000 to $80,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
