As we accelerate growth in the U.S., we’re seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and amplify our U.S. marketing presence. You’ll plan and execute integrated campaigns and events that drive awareness, engagement, and trial among educators, parents, and schools. This hands‑on role blends strategy and execution—managing cross‑functional teams, optimizing performance, and ensuring cohesive storytelling across all channels.

- Strategize & execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital channels; leverage customer insights to shape messaging that resonates with educators, parents, and school leaders.
- Assist in developing compelling marketing materials for campaigns and events, repurposed across channels.
- Identify opportunities, set goals, and align campaigns and events with business objectives.
- Collaborate with lifecycle and customer marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with the full user journey.
- Measure campaign and event results, report ROI, and use data to drive continual improvement; create templates and repeatable campaign “plays.”
- Manage advertising placements and partnership activations to expand reach.
- Lead virtual and in‑person events—including conferences, webinars, and activations—from concept to delivery.
- Partner with customer and community marketing teams to drive lead nurturing and conversion strategies after events.
- Oversee campaign and event budgets, optimizing spend for growth and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Twinkl’s international teams to localize campaigns and maintain brand alignment.
- 3+ years driving B2C and campaign marketing strategies that convert.
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and events, ideally within education or B2C SaaS.
- Strong strategic thinking and hands‑on execution skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities for fast‑paced settings.
- Data‑driven mindset with analytics and performance reporting experience.
- Creative storyteller with audience engagement and brand growth skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in acquisition, growth, and awareness marketing.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs across awareness, sign‑ups, and conversion.
- Collaborative team leader who can motivate cross‑functional partners.
