Brief in Brief:Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns that prioritise authentic storytelling, strategic partnerships, and meaningful audience connections.
Project Brief & Scope:As a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and refining our influencer marketing initiatives to meet project goals and client expectations. Your contributions will include:
- Develop tailored influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Define KPIs, timelines, budgets, and success benchmarks.
- Conduct target audience analysis and create influencer personas.
- Identify, vet, and recruit influencers based on campaign needs.
- Build and maintain strong influencer relationships.
- Develop and issue custom influencer briefs outlining creative guidelines, content deliverables, and deadlines.
- Draft and finalise contracts to ensure compliance and clear expectations.
- Collaborate with influencers and creative teams to produce authentic, brand-aligned content.
- Approve content concepts and finalise a content calendar with publishing schedules.
- Conduct content quality control prior to publication.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management from briefing to execution.
- Ensure smooth delivery, adhering to timelines, budgets, and campaign milestones.
- Conduct regular check-ins with influencers and teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
- Monitor real-time campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Create performance dashboards and deliver weekly updates on campaign progress.
- Provide post-campaign reports with KPI analysis, audience engagement insights, and recommendations for future optimisation.
- Act as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Deliver post-campaign presentations highlighting campaign performance, outcomes, and strategic next steps.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including strategy, creative, and account management to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
