We are a performance marketing agency specializing in social advertising for e‑commerce companies. Our 20‑person team of digital natives supports clients across the DACH region with creative ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok. We combine media buying with performance‑optimised, innovative creatives that resonate with our clients’ target audiences.

We are looking for a Creative Strategist in full‑time immediately.

• Analyse clients’ social ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok and propose meaningful adjustments.
• Manage advertising budgets for partners in the Meta Business Manager.
• Analyse and leverage optimisation and scaling potentials.
• Implement campaign strategies in close coordination with the Creative Team and Creator Management.
• Organise content planning for assigned projects and take ownership of the content.
• Ensure successful implementation of campaign concepts.

• Completed degree in BWL/Marketing or equivalent, or comparable training.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social advertising, including media buying and independent budget management.
• Full knowledge of Meta Business Manager; able to manage, analyse and scale campaigns and understand which KPIs matter in e‑commerce.
• Ability to analyse and interpret campaign results and draw actionable insights.
• Enjoy working with numbers to determine useful iterations.
• Strong organisational skills, structured work approach, and ability to transfer this to the team.
• Self‑sufficient, responsible working style with a hands‑on attitude.
• Good German and English written and spoken.
• Open, communicative, with experience in customer contact.
