Regional Marketing Manager – Enterprise IT

We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise IT focused Regional Marketing Manager on the West Coast to help impact pipeline goals. In this role, you will partner with sales, sales development, and the cross‑functional marketing team to create impactful programs that fuel the pipeline, elevate thought leadership, and increase brand awareness. You’ll also play a key role in activating partner marketing efforts.

Flexible remote work from home—eligible if you reside in the USA in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA,
* IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA & WA. Preference for West Coast candidates in CA, CO, OR, WA or those willing to relocate unassisted.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with corporate strategy and sales objectives targeting internal IT and using our ICP & buyer personas. Collaborate with direct and channel sales teams to align on plans that will incorporate direct, face‑to‑face, virtual, and partner marketing activations.
  • Own end‑to‑end execution of programs including pre‑, during, and post‑implementation, promotions and lead flow, and follow up with the SDR team which includes Salesloft cadences and email follow‑up.
  • Strategically drive programs with top partners (resellers & tech alliances) to build and execute joint marketing plans that showcase our shared value proposition.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, clear communications and calls to action for sellers.
  • Proactively own programs and communications with agencies, vendors, and technology partners, ensuring timely, high‑quality execution of marketing programs.
  • On‑budget execution with timely and accurate reconciliation with finance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to elevate Ninja One’s regional marketing efforts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all regional events, coordination, and assessment.
  • Identify opportunities to engage existing customers & thought leaders, such as speaking engagements at events.
  • Participate in all phases of marketing programs from research, design to coordination, communication and execution.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS/software marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role focusing on growth, demand generation, customer marketing, or executive programs.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey, with the ability to build scalable models for both enterprise and mid‑market/SMB segments within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in fast‑paced environments, driving measurable outcomes.
  • Focused on growth—new logos, pipeline optimization, and revenue generation, with a strong emphasis on ROI and data‑driven decisions.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Salesforce & Tableau;
    Pardot, Salesloft, & Asana are a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills—taking initiative & not waiting for direction.
  • Excellent pro‑active communication skills and willingness to collaborate with a global team of marketers.
  • Creative problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive, action‑oriented approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and a variety of deadlines simultaneously.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. Structured, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Operates with integrity, curiosity, humility, and a bias for action—consistent with Ninja One’s values.
  • Open to travel up to 40%.
