• 8+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in senior leadership at high-growth tech startups.
• Proven success scaling startups and driving measurable impact on brand and revenue.
• Deep experience in B2B marketing and full understanding of institutional finance/fintech/DeFi/Crypto.
• Strong strategic vision and hands‑on execution skills.
• 0-1 years of experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Preference for candidates with fintech or crypto experience.

• Base salary paid in crypto (USDC) or fiat, your choice.
• Token allocation tied to long‑term success.

This role is fully remote in New York or Miami, USA OR in London UK, with a salary paying up to $200,000 depending on experience.
