As a Senior Product Marketing Specialist
, you will define how SHD products are positioned in the market. You will develop strong value propositions, ensuring a consistent brand identity, and driving go-to-market excellence across our international markets. In doing so, you’ll work closely with Product Management, Sales, Design, and international marketing colleagues to translate customer and market insights into impactful messaging, content, and branding strategies that accelerate growth.

Market Analysis & Customer Insights

• Analyse markets, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities
• Conduct customer research and develop buyer personas and journeys
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing strategy

Go-to-Market & Positioning

• Define value propositions for products and solutions across different target segments
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Sales to ensure alignment

Branding & Corporate Identity

• Further develop our brand identity in close collaboration with Design and Communications
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all channels
• Contribute to naming and brand guideline development

Sales Enablement & Content

• Create sales and marketing (presentations, battle cards, case studies)
• Support the sales team with training content, product messaging, and differentiators

• Degree in Marketing
  , Communications, Business, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in Product Marketing
  , ideally in an international context
• Experience in the software industry is a real plus
• Familiarity with agile working methods and cross-functional collaboration
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; JIRA skills are a plus
• Fluent English skills (minimum C1 level) are a must
• German skills are an advantage
• Strong digital competence and a good sense for trends
• Structured, creative, and self-driven working style
• Excellent communication
