This hybrid position combines remote work with in‑office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Boston, Seattle, or Santa Barbara office locations.

What You’ll Do
  • Inform the business case, define the target audience, go‑to‑market and channel strategy, core value proposition, and product narrative for products within Sonos's Consumer Hardware portfolio.

  • Bring products to market with a customer‑centric perspective.

  • Drive business insights using market trends, customer research, competitive analysis, and interaction with global teams.

  • Collaborate and align with product management, brand, sales, and regional marketing teams to execute GTM strategy.

  • Represent the product and business, clearly articulating and enabling the value to customers, media, and external partners.

  • Be a key collaborator during product development, full‑funnel marketing, pricing and promo strategy, hardware and software experiences, channel and geo expansion.

What You’ll Need

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years managing end‑to‑end product marketing, preferably at technology companies.
  • Led new product introductions and managed full product lifecycle.
  • Consistent record of crafting compelling value positioning statements and defining the target audience for new products.
  • Creative problem‑solver who can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross‑functional team of partners to drive execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and results‑driven, with a passion for using data to solve business problems, drive product innovation, and advance our brand narrative.
  • Extraordinary written communication skills: ability to consolidate sophisticated ideas into clear, succinct executive summaries.

The base pay range for this role based on geographic location is: $132,000 to $165,400
. The specific pay offered will depend on the candidate’s geographic location, as well as qualifications and experience. Employees in high‑cost locations may be compensated at the upper end of the range, while those in medium or low cost markets may be compensated at the lower end. Your recruiter can provide more details about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
