BSA | Senior Marketing Manager

As a leading company in the cyber security sector for defense and public administration, negg Group is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the definition and implementation of the company’s communication strategies.

• Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular reports to the marketing team and company management;
• Work closely with senior leadership to define and implement both short-term and long-term marketing objectives aligned with business goals;
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, and social media campaigns;
• Review and interpret consumer data to identify marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness.

• Create press releases, blog articles, email campaigns, and social media updates;
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels, maintaining the company’s tone, style, and voice;
• Collaborate closely with the in-house design team to produce visual materials (infographics and marketing videos);
• Oversee the production of digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, promotional videos, and more.

• Experience in the tech industry
  8–10+ years of experience as a Senior Marketing Manager;
• Master Degree in Marketing or Communication;
• Experience with Word Press;
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
• In-depth knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics;
• Experience in creating and managing social media marketing campaigns;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
