This role differs from many growth positions due to its unique blend of strategic and executional responsibilities. We are seeking someone who enjoys and excels at solving complex problems and can handle a variety of tasks within the growth marketing domain.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.
Impact you will have- Formulate and implement cutting‑edge growth marketing strategies that drive down customer acquisition costs while uncovering and targeting new customer segments to maximize market reach and profitability.
- Produce comprehensive and actionable performance reports on marketing campaigns, delivering critical insights and strategic recommendations to optimize results and drive informed decision‑making.
- Identify, test, and scale and optimize emerging growth channels such as influencer marketing, connected TV (CTV), and Tik Tok, and continue optimizing paid channels to leverage new opportunities and enhance overall marketing effectiveness. Continuously optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve set performance targets.
- Manage and nurture key relationships with agency partners and vendors, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.
- Growth Media:
Own all growth media with core focus on Conversion Rate Optimization, paid channels & creative strategy. Contribute to brand development via slated A/B testing and customer‑centric research.

- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience in scaling paid marketing channels across various platforms, with a proven track record of driving substantial growth and optimizing campaign performance.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced startup environment, with the agility and enthusiasm to adapt quickly, tackle diverse challenges, and contribute effectively to a high‑energy team.
- Expertise in key marketing tools and analytics, including advanced proficiency in paid media reporting, customer segmentation, A/B testing, and other critical metrics, to derive actionable insights and drive data‑driven decision‑making. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- A/B testing across multiple channels and conversion rate optimization experience is a huge plus!
- This role’s estimated base salary range is $145, USD, plus a generous pre‑IPO equity package.
