Skretting is a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed solutions, revolutionizing aquaculture for a sustainable future. Trouw Nutrition specializes in animal nutrition and is committed to advancing livestock health and productivity through cutting‑edge solutions.
As the Global Portfolio Manager – Swine, you will drive the global marketing strategy and lifecycle management of Trouw Nutrition’s swine product and service portfolio. In this role, you’ll connect market insights with innovative offerings and work closely with global and regional teams to launch, manage, and grow impactful solutions for swine producers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute portfolio strategies based on market and customer insights
• Lead the positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management of swine solutions
• Translate global trends into value propositions and innovation priorities
• Drive go-to-market readiness and lead global product/service launches
• Develop compelling messaging, toolkits, and digital marketing assets
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Communications teams
• Monitor sales performance and adjust marketing strategies as needed
• Promote marketing excellence and capability building across global teams

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in animal nutrition or health, preferably with swine expertise
• Strong B2B portfolio and lifecycle management experience
• Proven track record in global product launches and marketing execution
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience working in global or matrix organizations
