Brand Relations Manager, UK&Ireland (PR & Comms) role at The LEGO Group
. This fixed-term contract ends 2 March 2027 and is based in our Slough UK & Ireland (UKI) Head Office. The role supports how we communicate about our business, our values, and our brands through plans that engage and inspire our audiences. - Develop and deliver impactful earned campaigns across PR, influencer and creator marketing, events and brand partnerships via global earned strategies adapted to local earned efforts.
- Partner closely with the UKI Brand team to ensure integrated plans are developed and delivered through our Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid (OESP) framework.
- Work with a PR agency to monitor campaign performance, prepare evaluation reports and use data to drive future campaign planning.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners in campaign development, as well as Global and Regional teams, ensuring local requirements are represented in global campaigns.
- Proactively drive the day-to-day press office and manage local PR and events agencies, ensuring they deliver high-quality results that support our business objectives aligned to campaign-specific metrics.
Play your part in our team succeeding! The purpose here is to manage the external reputation of our brand by working with the Senior Brand Manager, driving earned activity that supports brand growth and LEGO Group business objectives on a wider scale.
Qualifications- In-depth experience in a PR or Communications role at agency or in-house with a consistent record of delivering standout PR campaign storytelling, preferably for consumer-focused international brands.
- Outstanding communications skills (verbal and written), ability to deliver presentations and a track record in generating and maintaining business relationships.
- Strong media relations and agency management experience with proven expertise in end-to-end creator and influencer marketing, from briefing to delivery, as well as campaign management and crisis communications.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills, internally and externally, to drive sustainable business relationships and results.
- A results-driven mindset with data-centricity, willingness to test and learn to inform commercially viable actions.
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
