Partner & Marketing CoordinatorBeyondly is looking for an outgoing, confident and enthusiastic person to coordinate partnership development and related marketing activity, supporting generation of new business opportunities and building impactful brand awareness through a variety of marketing techniques, event organisation and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all company partnerships and memberships across marketing, impact and lead‑generation related partners, proactively building and maintaining relationships.
- Deliver partner marketing activity – campaigns, content creation, newsletters, PR, video and social media support – ensuring alignment with wider service campaigns and quarterly priorities.
- Support partnership‑led lead tracking, coordinate partner commissions in line with agreed terms, and liaise with finance for accurate and timely payments.
- Plan and coordinate events and impact initiatives, including partner, community and own brand events, Fund for Change promotion, PR and general charity liaison.
- Support broader marketing delivery, including website content and optimisation, external news and PR writing, impact communications, administrative support and contribution to marketing objectives and KPIs.
- Salary £27,700 per annum plus performance‑related bonus in line with the existing reward framework.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence in building, managing and nurturing partner relationships, strong attention to detail, copy‑writing and proof‑reading abilities. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, campaigns and deadlines. Self‑starter with creative thinking skills, comfortable coordinating activity across internal teams and external partners, proficient in Microsoft Office, basic Excel skills. Passionate about working for a business for good, motivated by nurturing strong collaborations that create shared positive impact.
Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a marketing or partnerships role, or CRM experience (e.g. Hub Spot). A degree in a relevant subject or a CIM Level 6 qualification is desirable, but not essential. A sense of humour is a bonus.
Work ArrangementAll new starters work from the office every day for the first 3 months. Afterward, a hybrid approach is offered: up to two days per week working from home, provided the applicant lives within commuting distance to Skipton.
