Job Summary
We’re looking for a fun, friendly Marketing Manager who loves strategy, managing our clients & delivering the best service to our clients. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. A passion for marketing and getting RESULTS is a must. You must have previous experience of agency marketing.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for our clients' businesses and brands to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Work closely with the We Do team and the Director to delegate key activities for successful execution.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customer account management matters.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across channels and segments.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own the implementation from ideation to execution.
- Utilise a variety of organic and paid channels (content creation, content curation, PPC campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, performance analysis).
- Proactively maintain Asana projects and clearly communicate progress via monthly reporting and meetings.
- Manage client budgets and allocate resources among projects; oversee and approve marketing materials from brief to publish/print.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations; measure and report on performance against goals; analyse consumer behaviour and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Seek new opportunities to develop new business and represent the business via networking.
- Develop strategies to drive qualified traffic and keep abreast of market trends and competitor movements.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs; partner with key industry players and suppliers; build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop new business with existing clients; negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
- Communicate and brief team members to fulfil client marketing requirements; provide guidance and feedback to others.
- Manage Marketing Assistant Manager and work collaboratively with the Director on strategic tasks.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing with the ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking; exquisite communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects with attention to detail; customer-oriented approach.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions; ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid experience with CRM software; proven ability to devise and lead cross-channel campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics); numerically literate and comfortable with numbers.
- Aesthetics sensibility and love for great copy and witty communication.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- BSc/MSc in Marketing or related field.
From £38,000 per annum
- Monday - Thursday 08:30-17:00 Based at Canterbury Innovation Centre
- Fridays 08:30-17:00 - work from home
- 28 days holiday inclusive of 8 bank holidays
