responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and execute a marketing roadmap to guide the company's marketing efforts and initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and vendors.
Job requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
