We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies, position our products effectively, and support product adoption and growth. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer insights in a remote-first environment.
Level: Junior to Mid-Level
Responsibilities- Develop and execute product marketing strategies, messaging, and positioning.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Create sales enablement materials, product collateral, and marketing content.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
- Support customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement campaigns.
- Track product performance, adoption metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to influence product roadmap.
- Assist in planning events, webinars, or promotional activities to drive awareness and adoption.
- 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or related roles/internships.
- Understanding of marketing principles, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating content, presentations, or marketing materials.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to make decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with marketing tools, CRM, or analytics platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Fluent in English;
German proficiency is a plus. - Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time.
- Fully remote position within Germany.
