SAP OCM Communication HXM - Remote

Job Overview

This role will assist the Client OCM Team with developing and executing the Communication Plan for the HXM portion of the SAP Transformation Project. Upon completion and approval of the detailed Communication Plan, the individual communications must be created and distributed to stakeholder groups throughout the state that will be impacted by the HXM deployment.

• Assist the Client OCM Team with developing and executing the Communication Plan for the HXM portion of the SAP Transformation Project.
• Create and distribute communications to stakeholder groups impacted by the HXM deployment.
• Use various media (e‑mail, newsletter, digital, signage, etc.) for publishing communications.
• Build relationships and establish trust with both Client OCM team members and various stakeholder groups.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to use different media for publishing communications.
• Thorough understanding of stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
