This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Podcast Producer based in Charlotte, NC, with opportunities to work from home. The Podcast Producer will handle end-to-end podcast production, including conceptualizing episode ideas, coordinating with hosts and guests, and managing the recording process. The role also involves post-production editing, sound engineering, and ensuring the quality of all audio content. Additional responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining deadlines, promoting episodes across platforms, and collaborating with the marketing team to align content with overall branding goals.

• Proficiency in audio editing, sound design, and podcast production tools such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar software
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience in content creation, storytelling, and developing engaging podcast scripts
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content promotion strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external guests
• Familiarity with audio distribution platforms and podcast best practices
• Attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Experience in the marketing or media industry is a plus
