You are a multi-skilled PR professional with at least 3 years’ experience developing and implementing PR and influencer campaigns for B2B and B2C clients. You thrive in the fast‑paced world of agency life and are looking for a new agency to grow in and exciting new clients to drive brand awareness for.
We are an Integrated Marketing agency with offices in both Marlow and Manchester, and we are looking for an Account Manager to join our Manchester‑based PR team. In this role you will support our delivery of impactful consumer and trade PR campaigns for the retail and destination brands we work with.

(This role is based in our Manchester PR team. Company socials & trips may require visits to our head office in Marlow, Buckinghamshire – travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.)
What do PR Account Managers at BWP do?This pivotal role is responsible for delivering effective and creative PR and influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and communicate our clients’ key messages. You will assume overall responsibility for the development and implementation of specific campaigns for your clients while supporting the PR Account Director on larger projects.
- Strategy development & implementation – work with the wider PR, social and creative team to craft and execute effective strategies.
- Campaign management and planning – proactively suggest innovative ways to reach target audiences.
- Campaign delivery – oversee day‑to‑day support, administration and delivery of account work by Account Executives.
- Campaign reporting & debriefing – deliver meaningful ROI reports and future recommendations.
- Financial management – assume responsibility for budgeting and profitability of specific campaigns.
- Client management – build strong, trust‑based relationships.
- People management – manage and develop the Account Executives working on your accounts.

Our PR team is not responsible for social PR campaigns. Those are handled by our dedicated social team. If social PR is your background and passion, you may want to consider other roles.
We’re looking for a multi‑skilled PR professional with at least 3 years of demonstrable PR experience, including at least 2 years in an agency setting, and experience in both B2B and B2C PR. Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle or commercial property sectors is highly desirable.
Ideal candidates have:
- Taken the lead on medium‑sized accounts and can produce client‑worthy work with minimal guidance.
- Mentored junior team members and delivered through others.
- Able to challenge clients and briefs, push boundaries, and find creative solutions.

- Can be office‑based in Manchester three days a week.
