• Goal Setting – Set goals for every client engagement in your pod.
• Best Practices – Ensure clients follow best practices across all channels and mediums. In particular:
  • LTV:
    
    CAC modeling
  • Customer Generation
  • Share of SERP
  • Functional Content
• Breakdown Barriers – Understand approval moments and support strategists in earning a yes. Ensure roadblocks are addressed in 1x1s and action plans established.
• Accountability – Build structure, create cadence, support proactively, empower team with clear communication and expectation setting.

• NSM Attainment: 100%
• CSAT: 4.2+
• Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1)
