The Senior Marketing Project Specialist drives lead generation and business engagement through integrated B2B marketing campaigns aligned with brand and channel strategies. This role requires broad marketing expertise across digital, social, print, copywriting, and thought leadership to deliver timely, high‑impact initiatives.

• Lead and manage marketing initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
• Own timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple projects (2–3 large and 8–10 smaller).
• Execute across web, email, SEO/SEM, display, and social media to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize campaign performance and ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, refining strategies and recommending improvements.
• Leverage digital tools such as Demand Base and Salesforce to track marketing success, including lead flow and campaign metrics.
• Develop blog articles, campaign messaging, and thought leadership content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and lead generation goals.
• Partner with sales to support conferences and event marketing, preparing materials and messaging.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, maintaining responsiveness and professionalism.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and initiative beyond assigned tasks.

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2–5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 6–9 years of work experience
• Experience in Marketing, preferably in developing and implementing multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns

$29.50 – $35.00 Hourly (dependent on experience, training, education, and location).
