FUERTE is the first physician-founded healthcare networking app designed to transform how providers and healthcare reps connect. We’re on a mission to redefine scheduling, communication, and networking for the healthcare industry. We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will lead our marketing strategy and execution, driving FUERTE into its next stage of growth.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to scale FUERTE nationwide.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, healthcare conferences, partnerships).
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through creative and data-driven strategies.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to support rapid growth.
• Oversee PR, media outreach, and partnerships with healthcare organizations, universities, and industry leaders.

• 7+ years senior marketing leadership (CMO, VP of Marketing, or equivalent).
• Proven success scaling healthcare tech, SaaS, or consumer apps.
• Experience with brand building, digital campaigns, and growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and HIPAA-compliant communications.
• Strategic leader with hands-on execution ability—from big-picture growth plans to detailed campaign rollouts.
