We’re looking for a results-driven Communications and Social Media Specialist to join our small, fast-moving marketing team. Working closely with the CEO & COO, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning executive expertise into deliverable content across multiple marketing platforms and brings just enough SEO strategy to move the numbers.

About the Job:
As a Communications and Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming executive expertise and subject matter expert drafts into high‑quality, multi‑channel content that educates, engages, and drives qualified leads. This role is the day‑to‑day communicator with our external and internal stakeholders
In this job you will:
- Transform leadership and SME inputs into polished deliverables in our brand voice (email, blog, landing pages, scripts, podcast show notes).
- Repurpose core pieces into newsletter blurbs, 3–5 social posts, short recaps, slides/one-pagers, and webinar promos; mine existing podcast episodes for quotes, timestamps, and captions.
- Maintain a simple keyword-to-page map; optimize titles, metas, headers, internal links, alt text, and CTAs; partner on backlinks/distribution with the broader team.
- Build/send newsletter versions with lightweight A/B subject tests and list hygiene; draft social copy aligned to weekly priorities and coordinate assets (e.g., Canva templates)
- Turn blog/podcast material into one-pagers, objection-handling FAQs, and short case summaries.
- Communicate and plan with our external partnerships, including conference coordination, travel booking, swag preparatio,n etc.
- Use clear trackers for deadlines/approvals/status, route drafts for timely feedback, and escalate blockers early.
- Enforce editorial standards, accuracy, and plain-English clarity; route sensitive statements for the right reviews.

As our perfect match you:
- Bring2–5+ yearsof hands-on communication and social media experience (agency, B2B services, communications, or similar)
- Are organized, low-ego, and deadline-reliable; you keep multiple pieces moving through reviews without losing quality.
- Are comfortable in aCMS(Word Press or similar) and with basic analytics tools (GA4, Search Console);
Hub Spot or email platform experience is a plus. - Can repurpose content efficiently across email, blog, web, and social; experience writing captions from existing podcast episodes is a plus.
- Communicate clearly with executives and subject-matter experts; you can push for clarity, confirm facts, and document decisions.
- Have strong computer skills and learn new tools quickly;
