Shift Supervisor / Production Manager

The Oil and Gas Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining oil and gas production processes and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The role involves operating field or plant equipment, troubleshooting issues, adhering to safety and environmental standards, and optimizing production output.

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience as an operator in oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of process operations, equipment handling, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret process diagrams, technical manuals, and operating procedures.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Physically fit to work in challenging outdoor/field environments.
• Willingness to work in shifts and remote locations.
• Field-based and/or plant environment with exposure to high‑pressure systems, hazardous materials, and outdoor conditions.
• Rotational shifts and extended working hours may be required.
