This is a full-time hybrid role for a Production Consultant and Trainer based in Philadelphia, PA, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include providing expert training and consultation to clients on Xeikon’s digital printing solutions. The role involves aligning production workflows, troubleshooting operational challenges, supporting manufacturing operations, and ensuring customers effectively adopt Xeikon’s innovative technologies to drive performance and efficiency. Collaboration with internal teams and customer interface will be key aspects of this position.

• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals.
• Experience in Manufacturing with knowledge of production processes, equipment management, and operational workflows.
• Proficiency in delivering training, implementing technical systems, and supporting client success.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the scope of the role as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of the printing and packaging industry is a plus.
