What you’ll do
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing creative team, empowering both managers and individual contributors to do their best work
  • Own the Culture Amp brand system and visual identity guidelines, ensuring cohesion, creativity, and consistent global application
  • Drive creative strategy across integrated campaigns spanning product launches, thought leadership, customer marketing and more
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Product to deliver brand experiences that drive measurable impact
  • Advocate for brand and design as strategic business drivers, connecting creative excellence to pipeline and business outcomes
  • Develop and retain top creative talent, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and growth
What we’re looking for
  • Ideally 10+ years of experience in brand design, including 5+ years leading and scaling creative teams in high-growth, cross-functional environments
  • Proven track record of shaping and evolving high-profile brand systems at scale
  • Exceptional creative direction skills with a strong portfolio of system-level, strategic brand work
  • Deep expertise in brand strategy, identity systems, and translating design across diverse environments
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning senior stakeholders around a shared creative vision
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with ability to influence and align leaders and teams at all levels
  • Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and organizational change
  • Systems thinker, able to scale creative through documentation, process, and tooling without losing the craft
  • A sharp eye for detail, consistency, and what good actually looks like
