Position OverviewIPD Hospitality is seeking an experienced Portfolio Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across a growing portfolio of 40+ hotels. This role is responsible for developing portfolio-wide pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies that maximize revenue performance across multiple brands, markets, and asset types.
The Portfolio Revenue Manager will serve as the company’s primary revenue management leader and subject matter expert. While overseeing strategic direction for the full portfolio, this role will also maintain direct revenue management responsibility for a select group of properties, including conducting revenue calls and working closely with hotel leadership teams.
This position is based in Greater Atlanta
, though remote candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones with convenient access to a major airport will be considered for periodic property visits and company meetings.
- Develop and execute portfolio-wide revenue management strategies across 40+ hotels.
- Analyze performance trends, demand patterns, and competitive positioning to drive RevPAR and market share growth.
- Provide strategic pricing guidance for all properties including transient, group, and wholesale segments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
- Maintain direct revenue management responsibility for a designated group of hotels within the portfolio.
- Conduct revenue strategy calls with property teams.
- Manage forecasting, rate strategy, and inventory controls for assigned hotels.
- Monitor key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share performance.
- Produce portfolio performance reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
- Evaluate pace, pick-up trends, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue through pricing optimization, channel management, and demand segmentation.
- Partner with property General Managers, Sales leaders, and Operations leadership to drive revenue performance.
- Attend and advise brand or third-party revenue calls to ensure adherence to hotel strategy.
- Provide coaching and guidance to hotel teams on revenue management best practices.
- Work closely with distribution and marketing partners to optimize channel mix and digital performance.
- Oversee use and optimization of revenue management systems, reporting platforms, and channel management tools.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting processes.
- 3+ years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Multi-property or portfolio revenue management experience preferred.
- Experience with branded & independent hotels and brand revenue systems strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
- Proven ability to develop pricing strategies that drive RevPAR and market share.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead strategy discussions with property leadership.
- Experience with hotel revenue management systems and industry analytics tools (e.g., STR, brand systems, RMS platforms).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools.
- Occasional travel required for property visits, company meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Candidates must have access to a major airport and ability to travel as needed.
- Annual Salary between $65,000-$75,000 based upon experience
