Responsibilities
  • Ensure ongoing success and value realization for enterprise customers
  • Define and execute long-term strategies for the Select Customer Success team
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers
  • Advocate for customer needs and keep executives informed of progress
  • Champion and embed the company s cultural principles as the team scales
Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Customer Success, account management, or consulting
  • 3+ years in management positions, including experience in recruiting and retaining talent
  • Proven experience with customers generating $1M+ in annual contract value (ACV)
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading a team where each member managed a portfolio of 8-20 accounts
  • Familiarity with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms
  • Proven track record of partnering with account executives on commercial expansion strategies
  • Strong program management and strategic consulting experience
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service to customers and team members
