• Strategically lead territory by managing a portfolio and making impactful market decisions
• Lead a team focused on providing timely and accurate information to anticipate needs
• Drive strategy for state-specific needs while ensuring compliance with company objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to meet personal lines budgets and member needs
• Build and maintain productive relationships with key partners, including regulatory bodies

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years managing personal lines insurance products
• Strong business knowledge and consultative, results-focused approach
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive collaboration and teamwork across functions

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification and/or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• 5+ years of experience leading product management teams or related functions
• Demonstrated ability to create a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
• Proven experience in translating enterprise strategy for team alignment
