• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification
• Actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• 3+ years of experience leading product management teams
• Experience actively shaping company culture through mentorship and involvement in employee resource groups
