• Strategically lead territory management, including portfolio steering and decision-making that impacts markets
• Lead a team responsible for anticipating needs and providing accurate, timely information
• Advocate for state-specific needs while ensuring compliance with company objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve personal lines budgets and serve membership needs
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including internal teams and regulatory bodies

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, including 5+ years managing personal lines insurance products
• Proven ability to utilize data to inspire action and drive results
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products, pricing, and product management
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification
• Actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• Experience leading product management teams or related functions for 3+ years
• Demonstrated ability to create a collaborative and inclusive team environment
