Overview

Entain is PHD UK's largest pitch win, and this position offers the opportunity to lead two of its flagship brands:
Ladbrokes and Coral. As Business Director, you will report directly to the Managing Partner and take full ownership of media planning and activation for both brands, overseeing a combined media budget exceeding £50 million. You will ensure Ladbrokes and Coral remain at the forefront of innovative media strategy, leveraging the best talent and expertise from PHD and the wider Omnicom Media group to deliver outstanding results.

You are an accomplished media professional with proven experience managing major accounts within UK media agencies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional media solutions for your clients. Key attributes include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to set and execute forward-thinking media strategies for high-profile brands.
  • Client Partnership: Skilled at building strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of media investment, budget management, and driving value for clients.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely.

For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
