You are confident in owning P&L responsibilities and thrive on using data to make impactful decisions. With your understanding of digital marketing and the European online wholesale landscape, you lead by example—fostering accountability, innovation, and results.
What You’ll Do:
As the Online Sales Manager, you will lead and grow the EU digital wholesale channel, overseeing a team while managing strategic relationships with top online partners. Reporting into the Sales Directors, you will play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, championing operational excellence, and influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally. You will drive alignment across product divisions (Accessories, Footwear, Ready-to-Wear, Menswear), leading trading decisions and ensuring revenue and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, shaping the long-term growth plan for EU online wholesale.
- Represent the channel internally, leading business reviews and strategic updates with stakeholders.
Account Management
- Set the strategic framework for managing and growing key EU online wholesale accounts ensuring consistency in approach and commercial excellence across the team.
- Provide guidance and oversight on market buys, inventory planning, budget forecasting, and operations, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution.
- Lead high-level negotiations on commercial terms and marketing investments, empowering the team to follow through with confidence and clarity.
Performance & Product
- Set the standard for performance management, establishing clear KPIs and best practices for analysing sales and trading performance across all partner accounts.
- Guide the team in using sales data, market trends, and stock performance to influence in-season trading decisions and future buy strategies.
- Define product strategies in collaboration with merchandising to maximise divisional growth opportunities, ensuring assortments are tailored to each partner’s customer profile, commercial targets, and performance trends.
- Partner with the Marketing team to shape strategies that drive traffic, visibility, and conversion across partner platforms through both brand and performance marketing initiatives.
- Set the standard for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring marketing activity is strategically aligned with sell-through objectives and broader commercial goals
- Lead efforts to ensure a consistent, premium brand experience across all digital touchpoints, aligning messaging and merchandising with broader business priorities.
