Role DescriptionThis full-time hybrid role as a Staffing Manager will be based in Williamstown, NJ, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Staffing Manager will oversee recruitment functions, including sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Other day-to-day responsibilities will include managing employee relations, training staff, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This position requires building relationships with team members to support their success and maintain smooth operations across the organization.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Management
- Experience in Training and Recruiting staff
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with staff and addressing client needs
- Problem‑solving abilities and organizational skills
- Relevant HR certifications or a degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field is preferred
