Overview
Job Description - The Vice President, Enterprise Integration, will provide critical operational analysis, analytics and actionable intelligence and information to Molina's senior leadership team to facilitate prudent, timely decision making. Makes actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations at the business unit and corporate level related to the integration of acquisitions, the implementation of new markets and/or products and business process improvement initiatives.
Works collaboratively with executive leadership, the senior management team and business unit leaders to lead the integration of mergers and acquisitions, implementations, and execution of short and long-term process improvement and business strategies to further Molina's growth, business success, and fiscal performance in the ever-changing healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Provide critical operational analysis, analytics and actionable intelligence to Molina's senior leadership to facilitate prudent, timely decision making.
- Makes actionable recommendations on strategy and operations at the business unit and corporate level related to integration of acquisitions, implementation of new markets and/or products, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Lead the integration of mergers and acquisitions, implementations, and execution of short and long-term process improvement and business strategies to drive growth, efficiency and fiscal performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, senior management and business unit leaders to execute enterprise-wide initiatives in a changing healthcare environment.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or other business discipline
Required Experience
- Minimum 15 years' management experience within a complex enterprise, preferably within the healthcare sector or a highly regulated industry, with experience in a large operating division and/or in a leadership capacity in a large public or private company.
- Business Acumen: strong technical skills and a broad base of experience with a strategic approach and understanding of growth, margin, quality and risk management to achieve organizational goals.
- Broad understanding of managed care operations.
- Industry Knowledge: strong working knowledge in managed care, financial services, health, or other insurance or complex, regulated industries.

- Knowledge of healthcare strongly preferred (payor or provider side).
