Position Overview

The Vice President of Strategic Initiatives will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, helping drive the company’s long-term growth and transformation agenda. This individual will lead high-impact initiatives across the organization that support enterprise strategy, operational improvement, and strategic expansion.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President will collaborate closely with senior leadership and the company’s private equity sponsors to shape strategic priorities, support corporate development efforts, and drive execution of initiatives that enhance growth, scalability, and value creation.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a bias toward execution who is comfortable working across business functions in a fast-paced, PE-backed healthcare environment.

Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Enterprise Initiatives
  • Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to shape, refine, and execute the organization’s long-term strategic vision.
  • Perform data-driven analyses and help design strategic initiatives focused on areas such as market expansion, new service offerings, operational effectiveness, and scalable growth.
  • Provide structured insights, business cases, and recommendations to support executive-level decision making.
  • Coordinate and support strategic planning cycles and leadership reviews to ensure alignment between corporate strategy and operational execution.
Leadership of Strategic Initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional programs aligned with the company’s strategic priorities, delivering measurable improvements in growth, operational performance, and organizational capabilities.
  • Develop strategic frameworks, conduct analysis, and oversee project execution to ensure initiatives are completed effectively and on schedule.
  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, helping translate strategic goals into clear, actionable plans.
  • Collaborate across departments—including operations, finance, clinical leadership, and corporate development—to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
Corporate Development & Growth Support
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives such as acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion into new markets.
  • Work with company leadership and private equity partners to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Support due diligence, integration planning, and post-transaction value creation activities related to corporate development efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive developments to provide insights that inform the company’s growth strategy and investment priorities.

Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • Prior experience in healthcare services or private equity–backed organizations is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience supporting strategic decision-making.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
