• Manage the design, implementation, and optimization of training programs for data center operations personnel
• Develop comprehensive training curricula covering technical systems, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and multimedia content
• Oversee training delivery coordination, ensuring minimal disruption to operational schedules
• Manage learning management systems to track employee progress and certification compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in training program management, instructional design, or data center operations
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and instructional design principles
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities

• Professional certifications in training development (CTD, CPTD) or data center management
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including technical personnel and senior management
• Familiarity with virtual and hands-on instruction techniques
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for mission-critical infrastructure operations
