Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the launch and scaling of new donation programs. This remote position offers the opportunity to drive impactful initiatives while collaborating with diverse teams and partners.

• Own the complete lifecycle of donations programs from concept to execution, ensuring operational excellence.
• Define program requirements and success metrics while developing implementation roadmaps.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication and performance accountability.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and build business cases for program expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program features with organizational objectives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and provide regular updates on program status and risks.

• 5+ years of program or project management experience with a proven track record of launching complex initiatives.
• Strong vendor management skills, including relationship development and performance measurement.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and trend identification.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of influencing and facilitating alignment among diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in donations, sustainability, or social impact programs.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or retail operations.
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on system requirements.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on clarity and execution.
