Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while working
closely with cross-functional teams.

Your role will involve managing project timelines,
resources, and client expectations to ensure successful completion of projects aligned with
business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
 Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project goals.
 Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet targets and deadlines.
 Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring effective communication with
stakeholders.
 Coordinate with technical teams, including developers, QA, and designers, to ensure
smooth project execution.
 Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and manage
expectations.
 Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
 Facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
 Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree from a well reputed college with 3+ years of experience as a Project
Manager in technology-driven projects, preferably in community health or public health
sectors.
 Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
 Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
 Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
