Senior Operations Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager who can implement the strategic plan for our medical device and industrial 3D printing facility. The Senior Manager of Operations leads production and supply chain functions with a focus on scaling operational capability, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and driving consistent execution
. This role builds on an established operations team and is accountable for aligning people, processes, and priorities to deliver predictable, high‑quality outcomes.

Reporting to a manager located in a different time zone, the role requires strong communication, structured priority management, and sound judgment on escalation to ensure effective alignment and decision‑making.

• Lead and develop the operations leadership team to support continued growth and complexity
