THE ROLE:
Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, International Recruitment
To drive enrollment growth and meet revenue targets for the assigned market by overseeing the application and visa processes, providing personalized counseling to prospective students, and ensuring a smooth transition throughout their educational journey. The role also focuses on fostering strong partnerships with local agents through regular engagement, training, and performance evaluations. Additionally, it involves organizing partnership university events, onboarding promising new agents, and supporting ad-hoc initiatives to enhance the institution's international recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve the enrolment targets & revenue set for the allocated market
- Track, monitor and report enrolment progress of the allocated market
- Provide comprehensive counseling to new inquiries, submit application documents to the Enrolment Office to process the Letter of Offer, and submit student pass application documents to the STP team for visa processing. Follow up on course fee payment after the STP is approved by ICA
- Maintain strong relationships with local agents, particularly master agents, and conduct mid-year and year-end performance reviews for them
- Discover and onboard promising new agents
- Conduct agent training sessions twice a year and organize partnership university events in Singapore (e.g., UCD Asia Tour).
- Other ad-hoc duties (e.g. support campus visits) as and when required by the international department
- Bachelor's Degree qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in PEI Education industry
- Familiar with Edutrust (Criterion
3) and Agent Management System - Possess strong competencies in analysis, demonstrating the ability to evaluate data and information critically to support decision‑making
- Effective communication skills are essential for conveying ideas clearly and collaborating with stakeholders
- Demand a change‑oriented mindset, acting as a change agent to drive improvements and adapt to evolving challenges
- The ability to solve problems efficiently and execute tasks effectively is crucial for ensuring successful outcomes and meeting organizational goals
- Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. - Work Arrangements:
