PIX is a game changer in School Photography!

We are hiring multiple Regional Hub Managers for the upcoming Photo Day Event Season.

This is a full-time, exempt seasonal position (April 20 through November/December depending on region).

You must have completed at least one full JPIX Season as Photo Hub Manager to be considered for this role. More seasonal management opportunities will be posted soon.

YOU WILL:
  • Oversee the management of Hubs within an assigned territory
  • Partner with the JPIX Operations Team while giving guidance and support to seasonal Hub Managers to ensure all aspects of the photography experience meet company expectations
School Photography Operations:
  • Ensure Hub Managers and Photographers deliver exceptional Photo Day experience (pre-event and actual event)
  • Attend larger Photo Day Events to provide additional support
  • Resolve escalated events or employee concerns
  • Oversee regional team travel and budget requirements
Employee Management:
  • Staffing - conduct interviews and hire all Hub Managers within assigned region. Assist with interviewing Photographers as applicable
  • Training - partner with Operations Team to deliver “Train the Trainer” sessions (may require travel)
  • Accountability - Provide clear communication of expectations and hold each employee accountable to Jostens

    PIX standards - may include difficult conversations with HR support
  • Recognition and Communication - conduct virtual meetings with applicable teams
YOU HAVE:
  • Experience - completed at least one full season as a JPIX Photo Hub Manager
  • Communication Skills - strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with others at all levels within the organization
  • Technical Skills - comfortable working with computers and ability to learn new programs
  • Leadership Skills - demonstrated people management and leadership skills
  • Organizational Skills - extremely organized with a high attention to detail
  • Analytical Skills - excellent analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Personal Drive - proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under time pressure and availability to work early mornings and/or late nights as applicable
  • Education - four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, customer service, and general business experience
