We are looking for a
** Sales & Remarketing Team Lead
** to help with our continued growth and contribute to our  this role, you will provide hands-on leadership across appraisal operations, national auction sales, private label remarketing, and lot management, ensuring workflow efficiency, operational excellence, and strong sales conversion performance.

What you’ll do:

* Lead daily operations across Appraisal and Remarketing functions, ensuring workflow efficiency and alignment to departmental priorities
* Delegate workload, review departmental reports, and take action to maintain timely and accurate completion of appraisals and documentation
* Provide coaching, direction, and performance support to Appraisers and Administrative team members
* Complete Regional, National, and Pre-Seizure Appraisals as required
* Manage national auction and private label sales to drive strong conversion rates and timely inventory disposition
* Develop and execute strategies to manage aging inventory and optimize lot capacity and turnover
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and overall operational performance

* What you’ll need:

*** Minimum High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant operational or appraisal experience
* Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience, including coaching and delegation
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and identify trends or operational risks
* Proven ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Sound judgment and decision-making skills
* Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems
