Are you an experienced engineering or service manager who is looking to diversify and move into a Hire Manager position where you will have full profit and loss capability over a growing business unit?

Do you have an engineering background and want to work for an international company who will invest you and the department to support growth?

This company specialise in the sale and design of bespoke water treatment equipment for municipal and industrial clients. Alongside, they also operate a water treatment equipment hire arm of the business, which this role will be oversee and have full autonomy to run.

In this role the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the company's equipment hire department where they will have full autonomy and be shape the future direction of the department. Full industry and product training will be provided to any individual joining the business so prior industry experience is not needed.

This is an ideal role for someone with an engineering background and good management experience who is looking to develop their skills in running a department and take ownership of the growth of a business unit.

The Role:

* Full responsibility for the company's equipment hire department and shape the future direction

* Bonuses based on performance available

* Car, fuel, bonus and private healthcare provided

* Home based with client visits across the UK when needed

The Person :

* Engineering background with experience working within a heavy engineering sector

* Experienced within a management position

* Water treatment equipment experience is not necessary as training will be provided

* Driving license

* Happy to travel across the UK when needed
