- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry
- Relevant certifications (PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE)
- Data analysis skills with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with portfolio management tools like Jira Align or Planview
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
